Training and on-going support
Initial Franchise training in an operating store
Following signing a franchise agreement and before a franchisee opens their store, training will be undertaken in an operating store. This is to familiarize you with normal store procedures and practices. This time will vary in length depending on individual requirements.
Store set up support
The franchisor will with consultation with franchisee co-ordinate organization for the opening of a store
First trading days support
On opening a store the franchisor will be there over the first days for support and assistance. The time needed will vary on individual requirements.
Seven days a week phone support
The franchisor will be contactable for advice and direction.
Site visits and assistance as required.
The franchisor or a representative will visit stores to ensure consistency with standards and requirements. Recommendations and advice will be available to assist franchisees with this or any other queries a franchisee may have
Franchise team meetings
Regular meetings for franchisees as a group will be held. These will be to discuss relevant issues for the running of stores and maximizing potential. Sharing and networking with other franchisees. You will be expected to attend these.
Goal setting yearly and reviews quarterly
Each year the franchisor will spend time with a franchisee and together they will assess the previous year’s progress. Reset goals and plan ways to achieve these.
Advice and assistance for developing local promotional and marketing strategy
yearly and reviews when required
This time will also include review of a promotion/marketing plan for your local advertising. This is in addition to the levy and should bring the total (including levy) advertising up to approximately 5% of sales.
Assistance with cashflow budgeting yearly
At the same time as goals are set and reviewed the franchisor will offer assistance with cash flow planning.
Annual team conference
Each year a conference will be arranged by the franchisor and franchisees will be expected to attend. Travel and accommodation is to be funded for by individual franchisees. |
