Franchisee Fees. What are they for?

Intial Franchise Fee.

  • Costs incurred in recruiting and training a new franchisee.
  • Costs incurred in establishing the new franchisee’s business
  • A contribution to the development costs of the franchise operating system.
  • A return for the franchisor for the right to use the system
  • A contribution to the cost of protecting the intellectual property belonging to the franchise system. (the Dollar Value logo is a registered trademark)

Ongoing Service Fee

  • Ongoing support for the franchisee as required or able.
  • A contribution to the development and maintenance of the Dollar Value website.
  • Negotiating of deals for mutual benefit to the whole group.
  • A contribution to the development to ongoing franchisee training and education
  • A contribution to the maintenance of monthly franchise meetings and an annual conference.
  • A contribution to the maintenance of individual franchise consistency and standards.
  • A contribution to the development costs of the franchise operating system.
  • A return for the franchisor for the right to use the system
  • A contribution to the cost of protecting the intellectual property belonging to the franchise system.

Advertising Levy
